The Unseen

There is a great liberation that comes from being able to connect to that which is beyond the veil, behind the mask, a layer deeper‍. And a power that comes from learning to work with it.

The Unseen is a monthly gathering, a circle of curiosity, a loving exploration of the unseen.

For those interested in what lies behind the veils.

Behind the masks we wear.

And in the spaces between us.

Aligned to the rhythm of nature, under the dark moon.

NEXT SESSION - 1st NOVEMBER - a breathwork special.

Autumn is our host now, turning the colours, crisping the air and inviting us inwards.

How are you feeling here?

How does your body respond to this time of year?

How does it change your breath?

What does it show you?

The Unseen is a 2 hour Somatic Circle in which you are supported to explore your inner world as a way of understanding yourself and opening up to your vast wisdom and power.

A compassionately held exploration where you come for yourself but are held in loving collective for a deeper experience.

In 2024 we have been working with the elements. And the next up is Air.

In over 20 years of working with bodies, all of the most powerful practices I have come across work with the breath as a key aspect - so our next Unseen somatic circle will centre breathwork.

But instead of just pumping the breath for the sake of jacking up your system or bypassing most of the body to access ‘peak state’.

And more than just using the breath to calm and regulate a frazzled nervous system.

How about we go on a cosy date with the breath and see what gets turned on.

How about we explore moving the breath through the whole body to see what wants to move here.

How about we approach the breathe with love and reverence for all it does, all it can help us access and all it can help us release.

Come to the next Unseen and lets give ourselves a good airing before the Winter comes in.

Sliding scale prices from £20

No experience needed, just an open mind and a bottle of water.

Why The Unseen Matters.

Our society works so hard to eradicate the dark (within and without) that we have tuned out our ability to sense the unseen.

So we have disconnected from the wisdom that exists here.

And we have forgotten how to hold ourselves in the unknown.

Working with the Unseen offers the following:

* Receive support from the energetics of the earth for more energy when you feel depleted.

* Connect with the field between us as a source of intelligence when you are unsure.

* Hone your ability to see beyond what is presented when you need clarity.

* Attune yourself to your intuition so you can actually work with it.

* Increase your capacity to hold yourself when venturing into new challenges.

* Stay open when the intensity of life escalates so you can continue to be powerful.

* Bring awareness to the unseen in yourself so you can lovingly witness these parts again.

* Celebrate the unseen in yourself so you can use them to guide you.

* Allow yourself to be seen.

The Unseen Within Us

Our body holds our biography and our ancestry.
Like the moulding of our vocal chords to make an accent different from our neighbours.

It feels like it’s naturally ours but it’s been shaped. Where else have we been shaped?

When we come in and down to discover the places where we are holding, we can breathe life into them and begin to open them up.

We may have dreams for our life but a belief that it’s not achievable because we are not smart/rich/unique enough. What is beneath that belief? What is unseen? What needs to be brought into the light so the truth can be seen.

When we come in and down through the layers we can connect with our deepest self.

What is our hearts desire? What do we long for? What flame burns within? What are we here for?

The Unseen Around Us

Some places, people, things fill us with vitality.

On the flip side sometimes we walk into a room and we can tell something is off.

We are porous, influenced by what is around us.

When we turn our attention to The Unseen around us we can begin to notice nuance, detect detail and tap into it as a source of intelligence to guide us. As a source of wisdom and support. As a reminder we are not separate.

Can you feel that?

The Unseen - A Monthly Somatic Circle Under the Dark Moon

Each circle offers a loose but loving weaving of community, a sharing of humanity and humour, peppered with practical wisdom and prolific swearing.

Each month we will gather under the dark moon for 2 hours of sacred ceremony, somatic practice and compassionately held sharing while we tap into the power of The Unseen.
