A half day interactive, live, practical and powerful online workshop exploring how our body can support us to receive help or explore why we find that hard.

This workshop is for you if:
…You are super self sufficient and self reliant, proud of your capabilities and sometimes a bit tired of doing everything yourself.
… You know your relationships and friendships could be improved by working on asking for help instead of always giving it.
…You need help with some stuff right now but aren’t getting it and don’t always know how to ask for it.
…You feel like you are tired of holding onto judgements or feelings about help = neediness.
… you want to explore what comes up for you around the topic of help.
… You want support (!) to lean into receiving help.
…You know you are ready to try something different and are ready to step outside your comfort zone for the magic that lives there.
If ANY of this is true, then I wholeheartedly welcome you to join this workshop.
If you don’t want to work with the body, if you don’t want to explore but prefer to stay as you are in your self-reliant space, if you don’t like honest sharing and swearing, then this workshop isn’t for you.
What is this workshop about?
This half day workshop will support you to explore learning to receive by working with the gateway of the heart.
We will share practices to help you drop into your body and heart, drawing on techniques from kundalini yoga, sound healing, meditation, breathwork and embodiment coaching
We will work with one another to help us listen to our stories around receiving.
You will be supported to express what this part of you wants and needs in your own way. To find your own truth here.
At the end of the session you will have a deeper acknowledgment and acceptance of your relationship to help, support and receiving and be invited to explore what choices are available to you now in your daily life.
And there will be follow up support via a group call and closed facebook group so you can keep working through what comes up
